What is Therapy?
Talk therapy or psychotherapy is a way to help people with a variety of mental health challenges and emotional difficulties.
Therapy can help with eliminating or controlling triggering and troubling symptoms or behaviors so that a person can function at their highest capacity of mental and emotional wellness. Who is it for? Anyone willing to invite the challenge of hard work, internal reflection, and discomfort as you heal and become more whole in your mental and emotional wellness goals .
Therapy is conducted over a span of multiple sessions that range from 45 - 60 minutes. Session frequency depends on the care plan set and agreed upon by the licensed practitioner and client.
